Who I am

I’m an Italian who’s always been fascinated by taking things apart and figuring out how they work. Over the years I’ve picked up a broad mix of skills—mechanics, woodwork, welding, furniture restoration, plumbing, electrical work, programming, web design—that give me a kind of “manual wisdom” to tackle almost anything. I’ve restored vintage drum kits, built furniture, wired up home electrical systems, and worked on all sorts of practical projects, and all of this experience feeds into how I approach coffee machines today.

This project started from a small idea to run an online shop for coffee machines, but I soon realized that such a business is tricky: machines are delicate to post, and remote assistance is complicated. Instead, I decided to turn my passion into something that could help others: I filmed every intervention I could, showing how to repair, maintain, and restore machines yourself. I’m not a professional “coffee machine expert,” but over the years I’ve learned a lot, and my general expertise in tools and manual work means the advice I share is practical, reliable, and achievable for anyone.

This website is an archive of that work, and everything here is completely free. It’s my way of contributing to a community that sometimes needs this kind of guidance and hands-on knowledge. My goal is simple: to share the fascination I have for these machines, and to give you the confidence to work on them yourself. If you like what you see, you can support the project for free by liking my videos and subscribing to my YouTube channel.
