I am available to service and repair your coffee machine. However, I am currently very mobile and no longer resident in the UK. If you are interested, feel free to get in touch so we can discuss your location and whether an intervention is realistically possible.
In general, posting a machine is strongly discouraged. Coffee machines are heavy, delicate objects and are frequently damaged in transit, even when packed with care. Lever machines in particular — such as La Pavoni Europiccola or Professional models — have a statistically high risk of damage unless packed exceptionally well.
Remote work also raises practical questions. If a machine leaks after being returned, it can be difficult to determine whether the issue relates to transport, an unrelated pre-existing condition, or the intervention itself. For this reason, local service is always preferable.
Whenever possible, I encourage owners to attempt basic servicing themselves using the tutorials and resources available on this website and on the Coffeeine YouTube channel. These machines are relatively simple in construction, and with care and patience many routine jobs can be successfully carried out at home.
Every machine I work on receives a unique identifier and a dedicated digital record. This functions as a long-term timeline documenting restoration work, repairs, servicing, and any known historical information.
Interventions carried out by me include photographic documentation of the process. This record remains accessible in the future and may serve as useful technical reference material, as well as added documentation should you ever decide to sell the machine.
All machines that pass through my hands are labelled and documented within the Coffeeine database. You can read more about how the system works on the dedicated Coffeeine Database page.
From time to time, I may offer restored machines or spare parts for sale through the website. This is not the core focus of Coffeeine and availability will be occasional rather than continuous.
